Partner Marketing Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own partner and ecosystem marketing strategy across the NEURA portfolio.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with technology partners, system integrators, and distributors.
• Grow the community of partners and developers within the Neuraverse and NEURA Gym.
• Develop sales enablement assets including presentations, battlecards, and training materials.
• Generate partner-sourced pipeline through co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and trade shows.
• Act as the central marketing interface between Product Management, Sales, and external partners.

Requirements

• Professional experience in partner, channel, or field marketing within a B2B technology environment.
• Proven track record of executing joint go-to-market strategies and events.
• Strong understanding of robotics, AI, automation, or industrial software/hardware.
• English: Outstanding writing and presentation skills required.
• German: Fluency is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate content creation and strategic output.
