What you will do

• Own paid growth across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, OpenAI, 6sense, and emerging channels.
• Build and scale account-based marketing and revenue campaigns across priority accounts and markets.
• Manage targeting, tracking, optimization, attribution, and reporting end to end.
• Brief creative and content teams on growth-focused assets.
• Build high-converting landing pages and improve SEO, GEO, AI-search visibility, and website conversion.
• Own HubSpot workflows, campaign tracking, CRM data quality, and insights for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing.
• Hands-on experience with paid channels; Meta is required, while TikTok experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of websites, landing pages, SEO/GEO, conversion paths, funnel optimization, HubSpot, tracking, attribution, dashboards, and reporting.
• Advanced use of LLMs for research, content, analysis, and automation, combined with strong strategic and analytical judgment.
• Fluent German and English required.
