Marketing Director (AI Robotics)

Location: Hybrid in Stuttgart, Germany; flexible working hours and an option to work from home.

What you will do

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Maintain corporate design and messaging across marketing channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize account-based marketing and digital campaigns across SEO, SEA, social media, and email.
• Create targeted content, including white papers, blog posts, social media content, and newsletters, and coordinate PR activities and events.
• Work with Sales on qualified lead generation, lead scoring, nurturing, and sales-funnel campaigns.
• Build and lead the marketing team, manage agencies, oversee the budget, and report on performance and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in online marketing, ideally in a technology or startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, and holistic campaign planning.
• Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Business Suite, plus analytical methods.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English are required.
• Hands-on, creative, structured, results-oriented, and confident in networking and prioritizing complex topics.
