TL;DR

Partner Marketing Specialist (SaaS): Developing and executing end-to-end partner demand generation strategies for the DACH region with an accent on co-marketing, event planning, and performance optimization. Focus on driving pipeline growth, managing partner relationships, and scaling demand generation initiatives from strategic conceptualization to hands-on execution.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to Munich, Germany)

What you will do

  • Own and execute demand generation plans, including inbound/outbound activities, events, and webinars with partners.
  • Lead GTM strategies for partners across the DACH market to increase reach and brand presence.
  • Monitor and report on pipeline performance, including demos, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials and provide ongoing support to empower partner success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Sales and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with professional fluency in English.
  • Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Ability to build and execute comprehensive demand generation plans including content, events, and campaigns.
  • Strong data-driven mindset for tracking performance and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects from scratch.
