Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to commute to Munich, Germany)
Salary: €40,000–€50,000

What you will do
- Own and execute demand generation plans, including inbound/outbound activities, events, and webinars with partners.
- Lead GTM strategies for partners across the DACH market to increase reach and brand presence.
- Monitor and report on pipeline performance, including demos, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
- Create high-impact marketing materials and provide ongoing support to empower partner success.
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with revenue outcomes.
Requirements
- Native German speaker with professional fluency in English.
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Ability to build and execute comprehensive demand generation plans including content, events, and campaigns.
- Strong data-driven mindset for tracking performance and optimizing marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable managing relationships with partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of projects from scratch.
