Principal Client Partner

Location: Hybrid in London or Amsterdam, with at least two days per week or eight days per month in an office hub.

Base salary: £112,000–£140,000 annually, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the strategic lead and executive counterpart for enterprise deployments, partnering with CHROs and business leaders.
• Translate complex business and talent challenges into transformation plans and own solutions from design through deployment.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders as an advisor, thought partner, and driver of change.
• Lead cross-functional deployment teams spanning delivery, data, communications, and change management.
• Facilitate strategic working sessions, executive updates, and value narratives while partnering with Account Teams on expansion opportunities.
• Use AI-generated insights and data analysis to quantify client impact, identify growth opportunities, and inform account recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, HR transformation, organizational development, or a similar strategic role.
• Track record of advising executives, especially CHROs and enterprise business leaders.
• Deep expertise in human capital, people strategy, or enterprise talent systems, combined with business acumen.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional deployments or large-scale change initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to craft and deliver narratives that influence stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, and a strong focus on outcomes, ownership, and long-term impact.
