TL;DR
Solution Consultant (PropTech): Enabling institutional real estate clients to integrate AI-powered decision intelligence into their daily investment and asset management workflows with an accent on user onboarding, training, and value realization. Focus on translating complex financial and regulatory constraints into actionable investment plans and feeding user feedback back into the product development cycle.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from Zurich, London, or Berlin (Hybrid). Swiss or EU citizenship/work authorization required.

What you will do
- Lead onboarding and training for asset managers, fund managers, and transaction teams.
- Translate platform capabilities into role-specific use cases like Capex planning and portfolio steering.
- Act as a trusted advisor for financial and investment-related application of the software.
- Partner with Delivery and Commercial teams to ensure rapid value realization for clients.
- Capture user feedback and workflow friction to drive product improvements.
- Contribute to internal playbooks and training materials to scale the onboarding process.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in institutional real estate, finance, or asset management.
- Strong preference for background as a junior asset manager, fund manager, or transaction analyst.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Must hold Swiss or EU citizenship/work authorization.
- Proven ability to support financial and investment use cases in a client-facing capacity.
- Highly organized, structured, and proactive approach to user enablement.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer success, delivery, or solution consulting in B2B software.
- Exposure to sustainability, decarbonization, or Capex decision-making.
- Familiarity with preparing committee-ready investment recommendations.
