Business Operations and Commercial Strategy Operator (AI)

Location: New York, hybrid. Occasional travel of less than 10% for company offsites.

Salary: $152K–$236K annually, plus equity in the form of stock options.

What you will do

• Identify customer expansion opportunities and develop systems that improve account value.
• Support strategic renewal conversations with implementation teams, project leads, and executive stakeholders.
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts through clear value storytelling and quantified business impact.
• Build presentations and visual narratives for business leaders using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Develop simple models and quantify impact using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Work across pre-sales, account strategy, and internal operations in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Experience in management consulting or business operations and strategy.
• Strong executive presence and concise communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to create compelling visual stories and decision-oriented presentations.
• Confidence working with numbers, simple models, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Proactive, resourceful, ownership-oriented approach and willingness to work across multiple functions.
• Curiosity about AI, data platforms, and organizational transformation.
