Change Management Lead

Location: United States; full-time onsite at the Alpharetta, Georgia office

What you will do

• Partner with Business Process Engineering to create change management plans for major process redesigns.
• Drive adoption of new processes and tools through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor adoption and operational effectiveness after launch, gathering feedback and coordinating course corrections with process owners.
• Build reusable change management frameworks for future transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with process, strategy, and operations teams to embed new ways of working into daily operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading change management initiatives related to business processes, systems, or organizational change.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor and establish change management practices where they are not formally defined.
• Hands-on experience working in evolving environments and building new capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain changes and their operational impact clearly.
• Collaborative experience with process, strategy, and operations teams.

Nice to have

• Background or coursework in organizational psychology, change management, or a related discipline.
• Prosci or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience partnering with process engineering or transformation functions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
