What you will do

• Maintain the 12-week planning cycle, owning artifacts, trackers, and status rollups for leadership.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering DRIs and the leadership team to align priorities and risks.
• Coordinate and facilitate workstream reviews, previews, and dependency sessions end-to-end.
• Steward data quality within Atlas, the resource management system, ensuring accurate staffing and milestones.
• Analyze team design and resourcing to identify staffing gaps, over-allocation, or structural risks.
• Drive process improvements and implement AI-assisted automation to optimize operational mechanics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, business planning, or operations management.
• Must be based in the United States (Mountain View, CA area).
• Experience managing data quality in portfolio tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet.
• Proven ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable and manage complex communications.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of organizational and team design.
• Familiarity with software platform release cycles and milestone-based delivery.
• Experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO) or delivery-excellence function.
• Track record of troubleshooting operational breakdowns and driving durable fixes.
