Readiness and Adoption Manager (ERP)

Location: Teal Drones, Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Travel to implementation sites is required during critical project phases. The position may involve work in manufacturing facilities and occasional off-hours or weekend work.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional discovery of current-state ERP processes, system usage, integrations, reports, controls, roles, and master data.
• Stabilize SAP Business One operations and prepare the organization for transition to a future SaaS ERP platform.
• Build readiness frameworks, site plans, scorecards, action registers, go-live criteria, and evidence-based deployment recommendations.
• Establish data-governance practices and coordinate profiling, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, mock conversions, and migration signoff.
• Coordinate role-based training, documentation, user acceptance testing, cutover planning, and go/no-go reviews.
• Lead hypercare and post-go-live stabilization by coordinating users, site leaders, IT, vendors, and implementation partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, operations, finance, supply chain, organizational change, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of process management experience in a manufacturing environment, including materials management, manufacturing, process engineering, or operational finance.
• Three or more years of experience in ERP implementation, business systems, business process transformation, or change management.
• Direct experience with at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, including discovery, future-state design, data conversion, testing, training, cutover, go-live, and stabilization.
• Ability and willingness to travel to implementation sites.
• For ITAR/EAR-restricted work, U.S. citizenship or permanent residence is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor CloudSuite, or IFS Cloud.
• Experience with multiple end-to-end ERP implementations or multi-site deployment waves.
• Background in manufacturing, aerospace and defense, government contracting, or another controlled operational environment.
• Experience with super-user networks, train-the-trainer programs, readiness scorecards, adoption dashboards, or hypercare models.
• Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills, with familiarity with data-querying or business-intelligence tools.
