Senior Financial Networks Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build, strengthen, and manage strategic partnerships with card networks, payment systems, banks, non-banking institutions, and finance providers in Romania and Europe.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including pricing and cost optimization.
• Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure adherence to KYC/AML and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with product, operations, finance, and sales teams to translate market opportunities into product requirements and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent hirify.global at banking and financial industry events, conferences, and forums.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in senior banking or financial institution roles, focused on relationship management and business development.
• Proven success developing strategic partnerships and negotiating complex commercial and technical agreements.
• Deep understanding of the banking ecosystem, fintech landscape, KYC/AML, and financial-sector licensing.
• Current senior-level network across financial institutions, card networks, payment systems, and fintech organizations.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, influence, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written Romanian and English are required.
