Developer Experience Engineer (Frontend)

Location: Must be based in North America or Europe

Salary: $175,000–$194,000 + equity

What you will do

• Define launch readiness, success metrics, and adoption programs for new features.
• Create technical content including demos, documentation, articles, videos, and example repositories for developers and AI agents.
• Build integrations, plugins, and microsites to support developer workflows.
• Host webinars, workshops, and other community-focused adoption programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to refine positioning and sales enablement.
• Analyze adoption signals and field feedback to iterate on product improvements and future launches.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America or Europe.
• Proven experience building real software in developer experience, developer relations, or similar roles.
• Deep frontend development experience with a focus on JavaScript.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating technical communication skills (articles, talks, tutorials, videos, or open source contributions).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both developer and business audiences.
• Experience leading developer-facing launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
