Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid work with three days per week in the office.

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Build AI-powered workflows that automate approvals, payment reminders, exception routing, and other revenue operations.
• Develop human-in-the-loop interfaces, approval chains, escalation flows, and dashboards for complex financial workflows.
• Build interfaces for AI agents, including contract intake systems that extract customer and pricing data and automate billing.
• Develop integrated e-signature experiences for quotes, including authentication and branded communications.
• Design flexible role-based access controls for sensitive data and approval workflows.
• Work directly with design, product, and customers while owning features from ideation through production.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping high-quality web applications in product-led businesses.
• Modern frontend development experience with TypeScript and React.
• Strong visual attention to detail and ability to implement UX accurately.
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to understand the reasons behind product requirements.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and adapting through feedback.
• Clear communication and willingness to take production responsibility, including on-call work.

Nice to have

• Experience with TanStack Query, Jotai, or Playwright.
• Experience working with Kotlin, Postgres, BigQuery, Google Cloud, Vercel, or Terraform.
