Digital PR Specialist (AI)

Location: Global remote; candidates must be based within +/- 3 hours of Eastern Time.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and iterate on link acquisition campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts.
• Identify unlinked brand mentions, product citations, and earned media opportunities, then pitch stories to journalists, bloggers, newsletter authors, and podcast hosts.
• Distribute original research, surveys, and data studies to generate coverage, backlinks, and brand authority.
• Map relevant Reddit communities and develop engagement strategies that position clients as genuine contributors.
• Collaborate with On-Page/Organic Growth and Creative teams on targets, assets, and campaign planning.
• Track links, mentions, referring domains, and referral traffic; analyze results and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Experience with digital PR, outreach, link acquisition, brand mentions, or earned media campaigns.
• Strong written communication and relationship-building skills for journalist, editor, moderator, and industry outreach.
• Understanding of how backlinks, brand mentions, media coverage, community credibility, and AI citations influence visibility.
• Comfort using AI tools and identifying opportunities to build AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and clearly communicate performance and recommendations.
