Value Strategist (AI)

Location: Munich office, on-site; travel to customer sites for workshops and technical sessions 1–2 days per week.

What you will do

• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and custom extensions that demonstrate customer value.
• Configure and adapt the AI platform to customer workflows, ERP systems, SaaS platforms, and enterprise environments.
• Lead technical deep dives, live demos, and workshops with procurement, IT, and architecture stakeholders.
• Understand enterprise technical requirements and design scalable customer solutions.
• Partner with Sales throughout the deal cycle as the technical owner of customer success.
• Translate recurring customer needs into scalable product capabilities in collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• Experience building software or integrating technical systems.
• Comfort working with APIs, SaaS platforms, cloud environments, or modern development frameworks.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to turn ideas into working software.
• Confidence explaining technical concepts to engineers and business stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented problem-solving skills and the ability to work across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Curiosity about AI and enterprise software.
