What you will do

• Co-create Data & AI strategies in collaboration with client leadership.
• Secure sponsorship and alignment across business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Translate overall strategy into concrete roadmaps and orchestrate execution across multiple teams and vendors.
• Embed governance, compliance, and long-term sustainability into the delivery process.
• Act as a trusted advisor focusing on real outcomes rather than just theoretical strategy.
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to ensure technical delivery is anchored in business strategy.

Requirements

• Proven consulting or leadership experience specifically within the data/AI domain.
• Confidence in managing C-level stakeholders and operating in boardroom environments.
• Ability to connect the dots between high-level strategy, governance, and practical execution.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch is required.
• Deep experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, or data strategy.
