VP, Consulting - Financial Services (AI)

Location: New York (Grand Central), NY, United States; in-office 4 days per week

Salary: $250,000–$350,000 base salary annually, plus equity and benefits. OTE: $750,000–$1,000,000.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation projects in financial services.
• Design consulting methodologies, discovery processes, requirements, workflows, governance models, and future-state operating models.
• Partner with C-suite stakeholders to define business cases, ROI models, success KPIs, and transformation outcomes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and change-management programs across complex organizations.
• Translate business requirements into workflows and automation on the hirify.global platform.
• Architect integrations across CRM, core systems, data platforms, APIs, ETL pipelines, and AI capabilities while creating reusable delivery assets and standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, operations transformation, or professional services.
• 4+ years of experience leading large cross-functional delivery teams.
• 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong operational background with experience redesigning complex business processes and leading digital transformation with SaaS technologies.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, process improvement, AI-enabled change, BRDs, process documentation, and platforms such as CRM, ERP, EMR, RPA, or low-code solutions.
• Understanding of data architectures and enterprise integration patterns, including APIs and ETL, with executive-level consulting and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial services delivery transformation and CRM transformation using Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Background in SaaS implementation leadership or solution architecture.
• Experience scaling a consulting or professional services function in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with AI automation, intelligent agents, process optimization, and cultural and operational change management.
