Firmware/Software Ecosystem Execution Lead, Workstations (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the design and development of firmware and software architectures for Microsoft and Linux workstation platforms.
• Define integration points across firmware, drivers, software, BIOS, and operating-system architectures.
• Guide AI software architecture optimization and track performance estimates for public releases.
• Coordinate system validation plans, test execution, and performance-related OS, firmware, BIOS, and system settings.
• Lead development of automation, AI benchmarking, and performance benchmarking tools.
• Drive workstation firmware/software features, remote management modules, AI capabilities, and strategies for new product portfolios such as DGX.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software and firmware development experience.
• Experience designing firmware and software architectures for complex systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft and Linux operating-system internals.
• Knowledge of AI software frameworks and performance benchmarking.
• Hands-on experience with BIOS/manageability, firmware components, and system-level integration.
• Fluent English and Mandarin required.
