What you will do

• Set end-to-end technical direction, platform vision, and infrastructure strategy.
• Design cloud-native, API-first distributed systems emphasizing scalability, performance, and security.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot into engineering workflows.
• Contribute to conversational AI platforms, messaging pipelines, and ML-adjacent integrations.
• Provide mentorship and architectural guidance across multiple teams through code and architecture reviews.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and diagnose complex performance bottlenecks across the stack.

Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing or architecting large-scale systems.
• Expertise in C# and familiarity with Go, Java, or similar languages.
• Expertise in frontend technologies, preferably React.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and RESTful architectures.
• Must be based in Sandy, UT, USA.
