Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Munich or Berlin, Germany

AI-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology is provided to banks and payment providers globally, combining traditional rules with explainable AI to improve compliance and fraud prevention.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical solution design for enterprise clients and produce high-level and low-level design documentation.
• Facilitate technical workshops and whiteboarding sessions with senior stakeholders to define system architecture and integration workflows.
• Create and maintain technical configuration drafts and design documents for internal and client approvals.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for Tier-1 banking and enterprise fintech customers during onboarding and implementation.
• Coordinate implementation of AI-driven transaction monitoring and screening solutions with client-side technical stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, billable utilization, time reporting, and resource coordination while addressing operational challenges such as false-positive reduction and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in technical implementation, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software.
• Native-level or professional fluency in German and professional fluency in English.
• Strong ability to present complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading customer-facing workshops and driving technical decisions.
• Strong technical design skills and experience architecting end-to-end software solutions for large-scale organizations.
• Experience with technical documentation lifecycle management and cross-functional resolution of implementation roadblocks.
