What you will do
- Design and improve cross-departmental collaboration processes, including requirements alignment, resource allocation, and project advancement.
- Develop SOP documents, contingency plans, operational dashboards, anomaly alerts, and improvement recommendations.
- Support ad-hoc business needs, coordinate human and technical resources, and manage key projects through completion.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive workflow automation, system upgrades, and data interface development.
- Organize internal training and knowledge-base development to improve standardized service capabilities.
- Analyze resource investment returns, optimize budgets and asset utilization, and establish supplier performance management.
Requirements
- Mandarin speaking capability is required.
- Ability to coordinate across business, finance, and supply chain departments.
- Experience with process improvement, project lifecycle management, or operational analysis.
- Ability to develop operational monitoring mechanisms and improvement recommendations.
- Ability to evaluate suppliers and manage partnership risks.
