Logistics Engineer - Order Management

What you will do

• Coordinate sales order fulfillment to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Work with customer operations and internal teams to identify process issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Update order statuses, expedite shipments, reschedule trade orders, and coordinate returns.
• Track service orders and support internal order processing and other logistics requests.
• Monitor stock replenishment and coordinate stock transfers and supply with local companies and worldwide part and product controllers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal English and Mandarin are required.
• Solid understanding of order fulfillment, inventory coordination, delivery scheduling, and exception handling.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to maintaining data accuracy and timely order processing.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
• Strong accountability and customer orientation.

Nice to have

• SAP knowledge and experience.
