Logistics Manager

What you will do

• Own factory dock and shipment execution processes across global sites, monitoring turnaround times, service levels, escalations, and carrier performance.
• Govern the Oracle Shipping Request platform, including workflows, SOPs, user guides, training materials, adoption, and compliance.
• Analyze logistics bottlenecks and lead automation, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage logistics projects from concept through deployment across Trade Compliance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations.
• Build performance reports and dashboards, analyze shipment delays and root causes, and prepare executive recommendations.
• Partner with Trade Compliance and Customs teams to resolve clearance issues and improve shipment documentation and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in global logistics, supply chain, warehouse or distribution operations, logistics systems, or process excellence.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, WMS, TMS, or equivalent ERP and logistics platforms.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Competence in process excellence, data analytics, stakeholder management, change management, root cause analysis, executive communication, and 3PL or carrier management.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or global supply chains.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent operational excellence experience.
• Familiarity with import/export compliance and customs processes.
