Technical Program Manager, Operational Excellence (Information Security)

Location: Onsite at the Lehi, Utah office; the role is primarily in-office.

Annual base salary: $98,000–$147,000 USD. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Drive cross-functional information security programs from intake through completion.
• Establish governance and execution frameworks that accelerate risk reduction and improve business resiliency.
• Build standardized program processes, metrics, templates, and operating mechanisms across GISO teams.
• Identify delivery risks, execution bottlenecks, and inter-team dependencies, coordinating with engineering and business partners.
• Lead quarterly execution reviews, portfolio KPI tracking, and executive-ready communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs in information security, enterprise technology, GRC, or infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in program lifecycle management, risk mitigation, dependency mapping, scorecards, metrics, and executive reporting.
• Experience building scalable operating models, standardizing workflows, and navigating ambiguity in evolving technical organizations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to connect technical details with business strategy.
• Ability to work from the Lehi, Utah office in compliance with company policies.
