Inventory & Procurement Specialist (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own BOM accuracy across multiple concurrent robotic product revisions and maintain traceability for part revisions, lots, and order history.
• Manage end-to-end procurement, including ordering, expediting, tracking, receiving, and stockroom organization.
• Track parts across prototype builds and support monthly production targets.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve inventory-tracking systems.
• Manage vendor relationships with global supply partners and local shops.
• Partner with build, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve hardware production operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or materials/production coordination, or a related degree with relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting complex electromechanical or hardware products.
• Experience owning BOMs and tracking parts across multiple product revisions and concurrent builds.
• Strong procurement and vendor-management skills, including ordering, expediting, receiving, and lead-time management.
• Experience building or operating practical inventory systems using ERP/MRP tools, digital tools, spreadsheets, or Kanban.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with clear communication, a bias for action, and strong ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting robotics or other complex electromechanical hardware in a prototype-to-production environment.
