Global Supply Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Source suppliers, materials, and services that meet specifications, supply, quality, and cost requirements.
• Run RFQs, develop should-cost models, negotiate pricing, and align sourcing decisions with engineering, operations, finance, and leadership.
• Review supplier manufacturing, testing, quality, and reliability proposals using DFM principles.
• Drive validation programs from RFQ through mass production across engineering, production, deployment, and fleet teams.
• Monitor supplier capacity, production, quality, shipping status, forecasts, purchase orders, invoicing, and onboarding issues.
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and other contracts while leading component strategies such as cost reduction, multi-sourcing, vertical integration, and in-house versus outsourced production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware or manufacturing environments.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical or industrial components from prototype through mass production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
• Experience with RFQs, should-cost modeling, cost reduction negotiations, supplier capacity, quality, and production ramping.
• Working knowledge of global supply chains, Incoterms, tariffs, and logistics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and program management skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and ERP systems.
