Lead Engineer, Quality Operating Systems (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Colorado Springs, CO; onsite at least 3 days per week

Salary: $108,000–$135,500 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Drive quality management system improvement at hirify.global facilities in Colorado Springs.
• Identify quality system needs through KPI and metric reviews, internal assessments, hands-on observations, and structured problem-solving.
• Guide cross-functional leaders, process owners, and CAPA assignees in adopting quality system best practices.
• Lead internal QMS audits across hirify.global sites and coordinate ISO 9001 and customer audits at two Colorado Springs manufacturing plants.
• Lead or contribute to global quality system projects that improve process performance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and project teams while demonstrating the PACE values.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing with significant involvement in Quality Management Systems, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
• Working knowledge of FMEA, 8D Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, SPC, and MSA.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar standards.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, initiative, and follow-through skills.
• Must be able to work onsite at least 3 days per week, travel up to 15%, and work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
