Senior Technical Recruiter (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 base annually, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles from intake through close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create structured interview plans, and maintain recruiting momentum.
• Source candidates through industry groups, professional networks, and underrepresented talent communities.
• Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate technical knowledge, experience, aptitude, compensation alignment, and candidate fit.
• Deliver analytical recruiting updates and reports to support pipeline and hiring decisions.
• Build AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, and reporting while managing job postings and social media content.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles.
• Experience hiring in growing SaaS companies and managing challenging engineering and product management searches.
• Experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews and evaluating technical candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a clear, candidate-centric process.
• Familiarity with modern ATS tools, preferably Greenhouse, and experience with diversity, inclusion, or employer branding initiatives.
• Experience using AI and implementing creative sourcing strategies with sound judgment regarding quality, privacy, and candidate experience.

• Extensive Ruby on Rails recruiting experience.
