Technical Recruiter (AI/ML)

Location: Hybrid, with at least 3 days per week in the San Francisco or New York City office; remote work is available on other days.

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year plus equity; base pay varies by U.S. geographic market, skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Platform Engineering and Machine Learning roles, from sourcing through offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with Engineering leaders to define technical requirements, understand team dynamics, and set hiring priorities.
• Source passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and long-term talent pipeline development.
• Drive inclusive recruiting practices and represent hirify.global’s mission and culture to the technical community.
• Improve recruiting processes and candidate experiences.
• Provide market, compensation, and recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a fast-growing startup or high-growth technology company.
• Proven success recruiting senior Engineering and Machine Learning talent in competitive markets.
• Experience serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and driving high-quality hiring decisions.
• Strong business acumen, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
• Passion for healthcare technology and understanding of how AI can improve patient outcomes.
