Senior Recruiter (AI)

Location: Remote, Philippines-based; significant overlap with US business hours required.

Salary: PHP 69,500–PHP 88,500 per month, depending on experience, plus incentives.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from resume review and job posting through offer and hire.
• Source, screen, communicate with, and close candidates for Senior and Director-level roles.
• Partner with US-based hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate candidates, and provide pipeline updates.
• Manage scheduling, interview logistics, candidate records, and recruiting administration.
• Use AI tools, ATS automations, and workflow improvements to increase recruiting speed and efficiency.
• Track pipeline metrics including volume, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for sourcing, outreach, screening, or workflow automation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, shifting priorities, scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate records with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with G-Suite applications and ability to work significant overlap with US business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for Engineering roles.
• Experience with Workable ATS, Rippling, or a similar HRIS.
• Experience building recruiting automations and process improvements.
• Experience working remotely with US-based teams across time zones.
