Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote - United States

Base salary: $140,000–$165,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for R&D and technical roles, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Manage concurrent priority requisitions, including sourcing, applicant review, interviewing, scheduling, and candidate progression within hiring SLAs.
• Advise hiring managers and R&D leaders on search strategy, leveling, compensation benchmarks, and market data.
• Build Greenhouse scorecards, lead interviewer kick-offs, and facilitate structured debriefs.
• Use DEI sourcing tactics and fair-assessment practices to improve representation and quality of hire.
• Analyze funnel metrics in Greenhouse and Gem and improve recruiting processes, interviewer enablement, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies.
• Experience filling senior engineering individual-contributor and first-line manager roles.
• Experience managing a full desk of concurrent requisitions while maintaining SLAs and quality standards.
• Experience using funnel and compensation data to influence hiring decisions.
• Hands-on experience with structured interviewing, ATS workflows, scorecards, reporting, and scheduling.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship and visa transfers are not supported.
