Senior Loan Sales Consultant (Personal Loans)

Location: Hybrid in the Phoenix, Arizona metro market; remote work available in Texas and Florida. Training requires attendance at the Tempe, Arizona office. Shifts are Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:00am and 8:00pm MST.

Total compensation: $85,000–$130,000+ per year, including hourly base pay, uncapped commission, spiffs, and incentives.

What you will do

• Convert warm leads into completed personal loan sales, typically within 1–2 calls.
• Manage up to 20 active transactions across different stages of the loan process.
• Identify customer financial needs and explain how personal loan products can address them.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recent inside sales experience; outbound call center experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to manage CRM workflows while maintaining an energetic customer conversation.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday.
• Ability to attend training at the Tempe, Arizona office.
