Loan Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Tempe, Arizona; office attendance is required during training and a few times per month. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Start date: November 30, 2026.

Total compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ annually, including hourly base pay, uncapped commissions, incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Help existing clients qualify for hirify.global Acceleration Loans and progress faster through their debt resolution programs.
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads.
• Deliver persuasive consultations explaining how Consolidation Plus loans support accelerated debt resolution.
• Manage and follow up on a pipeline of approximately 200 leads.
• Use Salesforce to track leads and manage pipeline activity.
• Meet schedule adherence, utilization, sales, and performance targets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of inside sales experience.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills for managing a 200+ lead pipeline.
• Experience identifying consumer needs and providing solution-based services.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Computer proficiency and experience working with a CRM.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to work independently and accept coaching.
