Salary: $65,000 – $100,000 (OTE starting at $88,000)

What you will do
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to recommend tailored insurance solutions to homeowners.
- Convert high-intent leads into customers using expert guidance and consultative sales techniques.
- Execute consistent follow-ups to move customers through the sales funnel and hit performance metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with underwriters and customer service to ensure smooth policy issuance.
- Simplify complex insurance concepts to help customers protect their most important assets.
Requirements
- Active P&C license in your current state of residence.
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Must be based in one of the following 30 states: AL, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, and WI.
- Availability for Monday–Friday shifts (CST) and a rotating Saturday shift every 4–6 weeks.
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software.

- Surplus Lines License.
