Manufacturing Supervisor - Kiefel Weekend Shift (7:00pm - 7:00am) (Medical Devices)

Location: Marion, North Carolina, United States. Weekend shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Salary: $64,000–$88,000 base per year, plus annual incentive bonus, commission target, and equity target.

What you will do

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and maintain, audit, refine, and improve equipment and processes.
• Support department safety and quality commitments and maintain a clean, safe work area using 6S principles.
• Manage production resources, raw materials, labor, efficiency, scrap, attendance, safety, and operational reporting.
• Facilitate employee training covering GMP, job skills, safety, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP rules, product documentation, specifications, SOPs, cGMP, and FDA requirements.
• Lead employee feedback, recognition, development, and disciplinary processes while coordinating with other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and minimum age of 18.
• Leadership, interpersonal, assessment, troubleshooting, writing, reporting, and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant and lead a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing, quality, documentation, personnel, and process-improvement issues, including root cause and corrective actions.
• Ability to understand GMP and regulatory guidelines for the medical and pharmaceutical industry and communicate with personnel at all levels.
• Basic written and oral English communication skills are required.
