Manufacturing Supervisor II

Location: Cleveland, Mississippi, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually.

What you will do

• Supervise daily production, scheduling, staffing, material management, training, auditing, and compliance activities.
• Lead, coach, develop, and manage the performance of manufacturing employees.
• Review and approve batch and system records, support product release, and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, 5S, visual management, kaizens, and VIP initiatives.
• Lead technical reviews, investigations, troubleshooting, process improvement projects, and new equipment and process validation activities.
• Support FDA inspections, monitor capital expenditures, assist with budgets, and maintain safe, compliant work areas.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of advancing manufacturing leadership experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; or more than 5 years with an associate’s degree; or more than 10 years with a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing manufacturing teams in a high-speed production environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing machinery and procedures, GMPs, cGMPs, FDA requirements, SOPs, and product documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, technical writing, troubleshooting, critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across departments, supervise groups or shifts, and present information to senior leaders or inspectors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise software.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, operations, business, or related field.
• Injection molding or other plastics manufacturing experience.
