Team Lead (Saturday and Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm & two assigned weekdays) (Medical Device Manufacturing)

Location: Skaneateles, New York, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus two assigned weekdays. Weekday shifts will be assigned at hire and remain consistent.

Salary: $56,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate daily blood pressure cuff manufacturing activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop production operators while supporting training and cross-training.
• Act as the first escalation point for production, equipment, process, and employee issues.
• Monitor schedules, assignments, production documentation, Device History Records, audits, inspections, and in-process testing.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, supervisors, and support teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify process improvements and participate in Kaizens, problem-solving workshops, Lean Manufacturing, and hirify.global Operating System practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least five years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Experience with quality control, production processes, manufacturing operations, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, process sheets, and work instructions.
