What you will do

• Lead the engineering, design, and development of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Develop, configure, and troubleshoot processing and test equipment, including automated systems.
• Manage projects as a Project Leader within multidisciplinary teams.
• Create production drawings and document development processes through protocols and reports.
• Train engineers, technicians, and assemblers on new processes and methods.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and global medical device regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of engineering experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Alameda, CA.
• Detailed knowledge of GMP and clean room environment practices.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering and scientific principles.
• High proficiency with computers and software applications.
