Salary: $18.89–$31.49 per hour

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair customer products returned for service, including repairs to the subassembly level.
• Adjust instruments to restore them to their original specifications.
• Work with technicians, customer service, and other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Complete and maintain service records and test data for returned instruments.
• Maintain the standards and test equipment needed for repair and testing activities.

Requirements

• Associate degree in mechanical or electronic engineering, or equivalent technical or vocational training.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with standard tools and test equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and resolve issues using available information and tools.
• Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings, and test or calibration procedures.
• Experience recording test data, diagnosing failures, analyzing information, and using Microsoft Office and email.
