Technician II-Equipment Support (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Lawrence, Massachusetts, United States; onsite production equipment support

Salary: $17.00–$32.69 per hour

What you will do

• Set up, use, repair, calibrate, and maintain electro-mechanical equipment used in production.
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and general maintenance on test and production equipment.
• Make mechanical adjustments and repairs to production equipment.
• Use schematics, mechanical drawings, and written instructions to troubleshoot and complete equipment work.
• Coordinate with parts and service vendors when required.

Requirements

• Experience setting up, using, and repairing test or electro-mechanical equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform equipment adjustments and repairs.
• Experience using multimeters, other test equipment, soldering irons, and mechanical tools.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status due to U.S. export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Trade school or post-high-school electronics certificate training.
• Additional experience with production-equipment calibration and repairs.
• Experience interfacing with parts or service vendors.
