Program Manager/ Associate Program Manager (EdTech & FinTech)

What you will do

• Lead multiple transformation projects through the “Strategize - Build - Operate - Transfer” lifecycle.
• Support business-unit leaders in solving critical problems across multiple business lines.
• Consult on open-ended initiatives, including market research, opportunity sizing, and user research.
• Identify potential merger and acquisition opportunities.
• Address critical business gaps and contribute to initiatives that support company growth.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of total professional experience.
• Experience in a high-growth startup, ideally across both 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 company-building stages.
• Experience with rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing, MVP development, and user research.
• Experience with process design, hiring, team management, and scaling complexities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence-building skills, with the ability to create alignment without formal authority.
• Strong first-principles thinking and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear answers quickly.
