- Lead and execute trajectory-changing, cross-functional projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and unblock high-impact initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and engineering teams to solve problems and deliver initiatives successfully.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, drive efficiencies, and enhance project outcomes.
- Drive problem-solving, research, and data gathering to inform business cases and influence strategy.
- Support talent development and staffing strategy to scale team impact and performance.
