Senior Compliance Program Manager – Global Expansion (Fintech)

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid with three days onsite per week

What you will do

• Lead programme management for Compliance workstreams supporting global expansion and align integrated plans with enterprise milestones.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, resources and deliverables across concurrent licensing and regulatory initiatives.
• Coordinate payment institution, electronic money institution and other licensing applications with Legal, Licensing and regional Compliance teams.
• Monitor licensing commitments, post-approval implementation and responses to regulator information requests.
• Maintain complete, consistent and audit-ready licensing documentation, evidence and governance artefacts.
• Build scalable governance frameworks, reporting standards, operating models and metrics for future expansion programmes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 7+ years leading complex cross-functional programmes in financial services, fintech or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience managing Compliance, regulatory implementation or licensing programmes, including payment or electronic money institution licensing.
• Strong understanding of compliance governance, regulatory change management and operational delivery.
• Experience building programme governance frameworks, PMO capabilities and scalable operating models across global organisations.
• Excellent programme management, stakeholder management, analytical, written and verbal communication skills, including executive and Board-level reporting; proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
