Sr. Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Office-based in Noida, India

Financial services software implementation environment focused on SaaS platforms, investment accounting, and reporting.

What you will do

• Define and finalize project and implementation scope.
• Develop detailed implementation plans covering internal, client, and third-party resources.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver implementations on time and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare weekly status reports, lead status meetings, and run steering committee meetings with client decision-makers and senior management.
• Manage implementation budgets and identify service improvements.
• Lead transitions between Sales, Global Delivery, and Client Services while serving as the primary client relationship manager.

Requirements

• 9+ years of project management and software implementation experience with external clients.
• Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in finance or accounting.
• Financial services experience, including investment, banking, insurance, fintech, asset management, market data, or securities.
• Expertise in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, and Salesforce, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of investment accounting and reporting, SaaS platforms, and SaaS delivery models.
• Experience managing teams of 7–15 people in a matrix reporting environment, with strong communication, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience implementing software solutions in the asset management, market data, or insurance sectors.
