Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

Location: Remote; occasional travel to Charlotte may be required.

Compensation: $15/hour depending on experience.

What you will do

• Maintain the Utah Lending Manager license.
• Complete required annual continuing education.
• Maintain communication with the legal department.
• Support the business licensing function and compliance excellence.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license.
• Have at least 3 years of active full-time licensed lending experience within the past 5 years.
• Have originated at least 45 first-lien residential mortgages.
• Have no revoked loan originator license in any governmental jurisdiction.
• Meet felony, financial responsibility, character, and fitness requirements for licensing.
