Mortgage Loan Originator, Centralized Mortgage (Fintech)

Location: Omaha - FN Tower, hybrid with in-person collaboration three days per week and remote flexibility two days per week. Availability required from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday Central Time.

What you will do

• Guide customers through mortgage options and provide personalized advice based on short- and long-term financial needs.
• Originate and close mortgage loans, collect complete applications, and maintain file accountability and regulatory compliance.
• Set expectations throughout the mortgage process and deliver timely written and verbal product solutions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales goals while identifying opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
• Educate and support assigned retail branches and build referral partnerships across hirify.global.
• Collaborate with mortgage partners to process customer files efficiently and support continuous improvement in processes, training, technology, and customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sales ability, customer service skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Unrestricted work authorization is required; future sponsorship is not available.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is required, along with acceptable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness, and criminal background results.
• Regular attendance and availability during Central Time business hours are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mortgage pricing and underwriting requirements.
• At least one year of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Active Mortgage Originator status with an existing pipeline.
