Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the field marketing strategy across trade shows, regional dinners, partner events, and other campaigns.
• Identify events aligned with the ideal customer profile and manage strategy, budgeting, logistics, and execution.
• Coordinate physical and virtual events ranging from large industry conferences such as Black Hat and RSA to small customer dinners.
• Oversee booth, signage, and promotional merchandise design and storage.
• Manage HubSpot campaigns and measure their contribution to qualified sales pipeline.
• Work closely with sales teams to support customer acquisition and pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Experienced field marketing professional with strong creative judgment.
• Hands-on experience elevating trade shows and events through thoughtful details.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding their needs.
• Pipeline-focused approach to field marketing, prioritizing qualified sales opportunities over lead scans.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with vulnerability management, exposure management, or cybersecurity products.
• Experience working with channel partners in the cybersecurity industry.
