Regional Manager of Finance & Business Support (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Lead the full spectrum of financial operations across multiple hotels and properties in the region.
• Own daily revenue audits and PMS reporting, including reconciliation of financial postings, folios, and exceptions.
• Implement and monitor property-level internal controls, guest collections, and credit card reconciliations.
• Lead regional tax compliance, including sales tax reconciliation and jurisdictional rate updates.
• Run weekly credit meetings and oversee receivables, deposits, and in-house balances.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, P&L reviews, and financial decision support for Regional Operations leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of finance experience with direct responsibility for multi-unit operations, ideally in hospitality, retail, or other multi-site environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hotel Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in revenue controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Strong command of USALI reporting standards.
• Experience with Opera PMS, NetSuite, Coupa, Anaplan, and Tableau, or equivalent systems.
• Clear communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to influence operators and senior leaders.
