Senior FP&A Manager - Global ARR (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own monthly Group Software Bookings, ACV, and ARR reporting for executive leadership, finance leadership, and Board stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages, management commentary, and analysis of performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Govern reporting policies and definitions for Bookings, ACV, ARR, downsell, churn, renewals, retention, and related commercial metrics.
• Analyze ARR drivers, install-base performance, expansion rates, churn, renewals, and new logo acquisition.
• Lead data reconciliation, controls, monitoring, and continuous improvements across reporting systems and data sources.
• Drive automation and scalable reporting enhancements with Data & Analytics teams using Power BI and other analytical tools.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Revenue Operations, or related analytical finance roles.
• Experience in a software, SaaS, subscription, or technology company with recurring revenue models.
• Experience with ARR, ACV, SaaS metrics, subscriptions, renewals, customer retention analysis, and executive-level reporting.
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA; an MBA is viewed favorably.
• Fluent business English is required.
