Senior FP&A Manager (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Global Customer Services across the APJMEA region.
• Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for commercial and operational decisions.
• Own accurate and timely month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain internal controls, risk management, and compliance across regional markets.
• Partner with service delivery, sales, and operations teams to improve project margin, utilisation, and efficiency.
• Manage and develop finance professionals while improving processes, systems, data quality, and reporting automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7+ years of finance management experience, ideally in a multinational organisation.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting experience, including revenue recognition, WIP, and project margin.
• Practical experience with risk management, internal controls, project management, advanced Excel, and enterprise finance systems.
• Proven people leadership, team development, stakeholder communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment across multiple time zones and use AI responsibly for analysis, drafting, reconciliation, and research.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience in a multinational technology or software company.
• Exposure to a customer services or professional services P&L.
• Experience applying AI or automation to finance workflows.
